On August 29, the second China-ASEAN Language and Cultural Forum was held in Guiyang. Prof. Xiahou Jianbing, QNU Vice President , participated in the forum and made the speech Pragmatic and Diligent Pursuit of Development, Down-to-earth and Courageous Innovation --- Practice and Reflection on Linguistic and Cultural Exchanges and Cooperation among Countries Along the Silk Road, which was highly praised by the leaders and guests attending the forum.
